Perfect Games Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by Perfect Games, including but not limited to:

and any future mobile applications published under the Perfect Games brand (collectively, the “Apps”). By downloading, installing, or using any App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require account creation to play our Apps, and we do not collect a personal profile from you. The information collected falls into the following categories:

1.1 Anonymous Gameplay Analytics

We collect anonymous, aggregated data about how the Apps are used — for example, levels played, session length, in-app actions, and feature engagement — to understand and improve the player experience.

1.2 Crash Reports

If an App crashes or encounters an error, diagnostic information (such as stack traces and the state of the app at the time of the crash) is automatically collected to help us identify and fix bugs.

4. Advertising & Advertising Identifiers

Where an App displays advertisements, ads are served through Google AdMob and its mediation partners (currently Unity Ads). AdMob, Unity Ads, and their respective partners may use advertising identifiers and other technical data to serve and measure ads, subject to your device's advertising and privacy settings (e.g. "Opt out of Ads Personalization", "Limit Ad Tracking", or equivalent controls provided by Android/iOS).

We also use the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns that promote our Apps. The Meta SDK collects your device's advertising identifier and anonymous app event data (such as app installs and engagement milestones) to attribute installs to ad campaigns and optimize future campaigns. This data is processed by Meta in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can control Meta's use of your data for ad targeting through your device's advertising settings or through Meta's own ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Where an App offers virtual currency, one-time purchases, or subscriptions, these are processed through Google Play Billing (and, on iOS, Apple's In-App Purchase system). We do not directly collect or store your payment card details — these are handled by the respective platform.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding the information collected about you, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. Because our Apps do not require account creation, most data we collect is anonymous or device-associated rather than tied to an identifiable individual. Where you wish to exercise a data right (for example, requesting that an advertising identifier be disassociated from analytics data), you may do so through your device's privacy settings or by contacting us using the details in Section 13.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 13.

8. Data Retention

We retain anonymous analytics and crash data for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy — typically up to 14 months for Firebase Analytics data and up to 90 days for Crashlytics crash logs, in line with Google Firebase's default retention periods. Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be retained indefinitely for trend analysis.

Because our Apps do not require account creation and do not collect personal profiles, there is generally no user-specific data record to retain beyond these anonymous, device-associated signals.

9. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of any data associated with your device at any time by contacting us at perfectgames.ab@gmail.com. Please include the app name and your device's advertising identifier (found in your device's privacy or ad settings) so we can locate and remove the relevant records.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information collected through our Apps against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Future Features & Updates to Data Practices

Perfect Games is an evolving studio. Future games or updates to existing games may introduce optional features such as account creation, multiplayer, leaderboards, cloud saves, friends lists, or cross-platform sync. If and when such features are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated beforehand to describe what additional information is collected and how it is used, and, where required by law, we will seek your consent.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when we add new games, new third-party SDKs, or new features. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of any App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
