Perfect Games Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any mobile application developed and published by Perfect Games, including but not limited to Perfect Drop, Perfect Chase, and any future applications published under the Perfect Games brand (collectively, the "Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Perfect Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a device that you own or control. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Perfect Games.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any App except as permitted by law
Use any cheat, exploit, automation software, bot, hack, mod, or unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with an App
Use an App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any App's related systems or networks
Copy, resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit any App without our prior written consent

3. Virtual Currency & Virtual Items

Apps may include virtual currency, virtual goods, or other virtual items ("Virtual Items") that can be earned through gameplay or purchased with real money. Virtual Items:

Have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for real currency
Are licensed to you, not sold — you do not own the Virtual Items
May be modified, managed, or removed by Perfect Games at any time without liability to you
Cannot be transferred, traded, gifted, or sold outside of the App, except where a specific App feature expressly permits it

4. Subscriptions

Where an App offers auto-renewing subscriptions, the price and terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions are managed through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings; Perfect Games does not directly process or store your payment details.

5. Advertisements

Apps may display third-party advertisements, including through Google AdMob and its mediation partners (currently Unity Ads). We also use the Meta (Facebook) SDK to measure advertising campaign effectiveness and optimize future campaigns. Perfect Games is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any products or services advertised. Your interactions with advertisements are solely between you and the relevant advertiser.

6. Intellectual Property

All titles, code, graphics, audio, characters, trademarks, and other content within the Apps (the "Content") are the property of Perfect Games or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 1, no right, title, or interest in the Content is transferred to you.

7. Real Player Names & Disclaimer

Certain Apps, including Perfect Chase, feature the names of real historical cricket players. These names are used solely for entertainment and informational purposes, to provide an authentic cricket strategy experience inspired by real sporting history.

Perfect Chase is an unofficial fan game and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any cricket board, the International Cricket Council (ICC), any national or domestic cricket association, any cricket team, or any individual player
Player names and career-inspired gameplay ratings are used under principles of fair use for the purpose of commentary, criticism, and entertainment — no player likeness, photograph, or official branding is reproduced
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of third parties referenced in the Apps remain the property of their respective owners

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to Perfect Games, other players, or the Apps. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately, and you must cease all use of it.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perfect Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, an App. Perfect Games' total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App in question in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect new games, new features, or changes in applicable law. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of an App.
